Q: Are there any postage fees?
A: No and Yes, Free local postage will be provided via normal postage. A flat rate of $2.00 will be charged for A.M. Mail.


Q: What's A.M Mail?
A: Items that are sent out by A.M Mail will reach your letterbox no later than 11am the next
business day. (Orders need to be processed before 5pm on the day itself)

Note: Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as business days.


Q: What are the payment modes available?
A: Strictly Cash on Delivery for Meet-ups or Funds Transfer for Postage option (Payment to be made to POSB Savings 241-69016-4 upon confirmation of order)


Q: Can I do an exchange/refund if the item is not to my liking after purchase?
A: We regret to say that we will not entertain requests for exchange/refund. Kindly confirm you
item(s) before purchase.

Q: Are the products listed 100% genuine from SGP?
A: All of our SGP products are sourced from an official SGP reseller in Singapore, therefore please do not worry about the authenticity of the products. :)
